they face lotsa pressure from their family and friends

interesting plot, interesting setting and played by people from interesting backgrounds, it's indeed a great film discussing issues of lesbianism, 姐弟戀，Asian values...

and it's using comedy to reflect these issues which made it so much easier to digest and accept..

plus the way the american chinese speaks reminds me of singaporean chinese.. haha struggling hard to say the words but still used english inevitably..
